I am an out-of-network provider for PPO insurance plans. My focus is on providing you quality care and great outcomes, not on insurance billing—but I am happy to provide you a special receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement. I have a list of questions for you to ask your insurance company so you can be most certain of what your reimbursement would actually look like.
